Steps
- Sit on the floor with legs crossed.
- Tuck both feet between the opposite thigh and calf so only the toes peep out.
- Sit erect — spine, neck and head aligned.
- Rest hands on knees in Jnana or Chin mudra.
- Close the eyes, breathe naturally, and hold.
Caution
- If knees are elevated, place a folded blanket under the hips.
