Steps

  1. Kneel and place palms on the floor, fingers pointing backward.
  2. Bring elbows together and place them on the sides of the navel.
  3. Stretch legs back, feet together.
  4. On an inhale, shift weight forward and raise the legs to horizontal.
  5. Hold body parallel to the floor, gaze forward. Lower on exhale.

Caution

  • Advanced pose. Avoid with wrist, elbow, or shoulder injury, high blood pressure.
