Steps
- Kneel and place palms on the floor, fingers pointing backward.
- Bring elbows together and place them on the sides of the navel.
- Stretch legs back, feet together.
- On an inhale, shift weight forward and raise the legs to horizontal.
- Hold body parallel to the floor, gaze forward. Lower on exhale.
Caution
- Advanced pose. Avoid with wrist, elbow, or shoulder injury, high blood pressure.
