Steps

  1. Press one heel firmly at the perineum.
  2. Place the other heel above the genital region.
  3. Toes of both feet are tucked between thigh and calf.
  4. Spine erect, hands in Jnana Mudra on the knees.
  5. Fix the gaze between the eyebrows. Breathe and meditate.

Caution

  • Proceed gently — heel placement requires gradual opening of the hips.
