Steps
- Press one heel firmly at the perineum.
- Place the other heel above the genital region.
- Toes of both feet are tucked between thigh and calf.
- Spine erect, hands in Jnana Mudra on the knees.
- Fix the gaze between the eyebrows. Breathe and meditate.
Caution
- Proceed gently — heel placement requires gradual opening of the hips.
