Steps
- Kneel and cross ankles — right ankle over left — sit on them.
- Place palms on knees, fingers spread wide apart.
- Inhale through the nose.
- Exhale: open the mouth wide, stick out the tongue, gaze at the nose tip.
- Roar the breath out. Apply the three bandhas. Repeat, then switch ankle crossing.
Caution
- Practice on empty stomach. Avoid with knee injury by sitting in Bhadrasana instead.
