Steps

  1. Sit in Vajrasana (kneeling). Spread knees as wide as comfortable.
  2. Place the ankles just below the perineum on each side.
  3. Left ankle to the left, right ankle to the right.
  4. Hold the feet firmly with the hands and sit motionless.
  5. Spine erect, eyes closed, breathe naturally.

Caution

  • Use a folded blanket under the ankles if there is discomfort.
