Steps
- Sit in Vajrasana (kneeling). Spread knees as wide as comfortable.
- Place the ankles just below the perineum on each side.
- Left ankle to the left, right ankle to the right.
- Hold the feet firmly with the hands and sit motionless.
- Spine erect, eyes closed, breathe naturally.
Caution
- Use a folded blanket under the ankles if there is discomfort.
