Steps

  1. Sit sideways against a wall. Swing legs up as you lie back.
  2. Legs rest vertically on the wall, hips close to the base.
  3. Arms rest by your sides, palms up.
  4. Close eyes and breathe naturally.
  5. Stay for 5–20 minutes, then slide off slowly.

Caution

  • Avoid with glaucoma, hypertension, or during menstruation.
