Steps
- Sit with legs extended. Bend the right knee over the left, stacking knees.
- Right heel should be near the left hip; left heel near the right hip.
- Sit evenly on both sitting bones.
- Hands rest on the feet or knees in a meditative mudra.
- Spine erect. Hold, breathe deeply, then switch sides.
Caution
- Avoid if you have acute knee injury. Use a cushion under the hips if needed.
