Steps
- Sit with legs extended. Bend right knee, place right foot outside left knee.
- Place left arm on the outside of right knee, right hand behind you.
- Inhale lengthen the spine; exhale twist to the right.
- Look over the right shoulder. Breathe deeply.
- Hold 30–60 seconds; repeat on the left.
Caution
- Move gently with spinal injuries. Never force the twist.
