Steps
- Sit in Padmasana (full lotus).
- Insert both hands between the thighs and calves.
- Place palms flat on the floor beside the hips.
- On an inhale, press the palms down and lift the entire body off the floor.
- Hold, gaze at a point, and lower slowly on an exhale.

- Advanced pose — build wrist and arm strength first. Not for beginners.
